Outcome Lead Officers
Each priority in the Local Area Agreement 2008-11 is led by a Priority Lead Director, who is responsible for bringing together all the work required to achieve the relevant outcomes. Each outcome is led by an Outcome Lead Officer who acts as a facilitator for partnership working in pursuit of that outcome, developing action plans for the 3-year period of the Local Area Agreement that embrace the contribution of all partners.
