Performance Hub
Managing Peterborough’s Local Area Agreement (LAA) over the next 3 years relies heavily on accurate and timely collection of data from all partners so that we can build a good picture of where we are, where we are going, what is going well and what we need to monitor. Key partners have come together to create Peterborough’s Performance Hub – collecting and sharing information on how Peterborough is performing and providing a range of information all in one place.
The Performance Hub members also have a critical role to play in identifying cross-cutting links, encouraging co-ordinated activity, spotting recurring challenges or identifying areas of risk across the 4 priorities and the 16 outcomes of the Local Area Agreement (LAA) and Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) – working closely with the team of Outcome Lead Officers (OLOs) to support them in their role.
The Performance Hub meets on a monthly basis to review and challenge the data that is available.
Members include representatives from:
- Greater Peterborough Partnership (GPP)
- Peterborough City Council (PCC)
- NHS Peterborough (formerly Peterborough PCT)
- Police
- Fire & Rescue Service
- Opportunity Peterborough
- Voluntary & Community Sector (VCS)
