"Peterborough - from an Environment City to the Environment Capital"  

This year’s GPP Forum will be themed around the Community Strategy’s breakthrough goal of becoming the UK’s Environment Capital. Our guest speaker will be Sir Jonathon Porritt CBE, Chairman of the UK Sustainable Development Commission. Jonathon Porritt is a well-known British environmentalist and writer who acts as advisor on environmental issues to individuals including Prince Charles and Stuart Rose, Chief Executive of Marks & Spencer. More recently, he co-founded Forum for the Future, a sustainable development charity.
